Return policy
1. Faulty items and change of minds can be returned to the manufacturer for an excchange. Products including Time switch, Contactor and Trannergy inverters can be returned to our storehouse.
2. For faulty and damaged items, the return must be made within the warranty period from the invoice date. For unwanted items, the return request must be made within 60 days from invoice date.
3.Customer could return the items to our storehouse in person or through a Courier company.
For faulty and damaged items, all components and packages must be returned together with the tax invoice.
For unwanted items, the products must be in original unpacked condition and attached with the tax invoice.
4.For faulty and damaged items, we will pay the freight charge.
For unwanted items, customer needs to pay freight charge.
The total value of return will be credited to customers account and will be offset against future orders.
